Overall my stay was really lovely and would like to stay longer. The place was absolutely amazing and fairly clean. The breakfast was fresh with lots of nice options. The hotel was beautiful and wonderful, yet I stayed for 3 nights only. Well priced and newly renovated units with marvelous breakfast, the good value, for example, and the staff were affable. The property's location was magnificent and ideal, close to everything you need for a break away. Liked my stay, had an enjoyable experience.
The bathroom I had was not very clean.

The location was marvellous and handy for Paignton, near the pubs and bars as well as the seafront and the local shops, shops, and the beach and Dartmouth on the steam train and many buses going to Brixham, Totnes, Torquay and more. Visited a grand old Victorian pier, one of the tourist spots, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.
